Ingredients
6 Whole potatoes
1/4 cup olive oil
1/4 cup hot sauce
2 Tbl Garlic salt or powder
1 Tbl Onion salt or powder
1 Tbl Paprika
salt (optional)
pepper (optional)
Directions
First thing you must do is wash your potatoes thoroughly to take of all excess
dirt and grime. Cut all the potatoes in half, and place them into a large bowl large enough to hold all the ingredients. Then place the olive oil and hot sauce into the bowl and toss the potatoes until they are completely covered. Place all the spices into the bowl and toss until they potatoes are covered with the spices. Once the potatoes are covered place them onto a greased
sheet pan and into a 350 degree oven until they are soft.
Be careful because they will be hot.
Serves about 12.
And where did you get this recipe from? I use the real one from Tika’s cook book From the Leaves of the Inn of the Last home.
This was a fan submission, as are all our recipes. While the original recipe is in Leaves, part of the fun is in coming up with your own take on the concept.
Besides, after the recipe floated around Ansalon for a couple of generations, it’s bound to see some changes. 😉
