1 large size frying pan
4 large potatoes
1/3 stick butter or margarine
Pinch Garlic Powder
Wash the potatoes. Cube the potatoes, leaving skins on, and precook in microwave on high for 45 seconds.
Melt the butter or margarine in the pan, adding in the pinch of garlic powder, salt, and pepper while the butter melts. Once melted, stir lightly to ensure
even distribution of the spices.
Add potatoes, turning many times to ensure all pieces of potato are covered in the butter/spice. Add rosemary to taste, recommend 1/4 tsp, though more may be used, it can overpower the taste.
Cook until potatoes are tender throughout, remove pan from heat, sprinkle cinnamon atop potatoes. Let sit 2 minutes, set pan on a dishtowel on the table, enjoy.
Serves 2-3 people.
