1 ripe California avocado (or 2 Hass)
1/4 red onion sliced into circles
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 teaspoon lime juice
Peel and cube the avocado(s), add sliced red onion, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and dress with olive oil, red wine vinegar and lime juice, and toss.
