1 lb 2 oz. refrig. surgar cookie dough
1/3 cup sugar
8 oz. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Any combination of fresh fruit bananas, strawberries, grapes, kiwi, peaches, berries, etc.
Cut dough into 1/8" slices. Line a 14" pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees F, 12 minutes. Cool. Blend softened cream cheese, sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Spread over cooled cookie crust.
Arrange fruit slices over top. Chill at least 1 hour, serve.
