  1. I’m very excited about the new books. One minor critique though – it is strange starting the story sometime between the War of the Lance and before the events of Dragons of Summer Flame since there have been so many books written afterwards. If the events in this book happened, we would have known about it already. Since it involves time travel, I would have preferred if someone in the future of Krynn discovered the time travelling device and accidentally used it to go back to this timeline and then it would make sense that everything that happened thereafter could be altered. Again, just a minor observation, really looking forward to this trilogy!
