Palanthas – The temple of Mishakal, near Palanthas’s Market District, will host its 215th annual chili supper and bazaar this weekend. The event was kept alive by followers of the Healing Hand even in the dark days of Dark Knight occupation. Serving times will be from dawn till dusk. Bazaar booth items include books, robes, baked goods, hand made crafts, and children’s clothing.
The temple uses the free chili supper as an outreach program. The head priestess, Jabkar Elizard, was overheard saying “We will fill their bellies then we fill their hearts”. Priests of Mishakal prepare, store, and bless all food months in advance.
Admittance is free, but all donations will be accepted. All proceeds from the bazaar will benefit future temple outreach projects. More information can be attained from your local Church of Mishakal.
