After reading the Annotated Chronicles, I felt inspired to go back to the Dragonlance Adventures hardback and convert the magic items there to 3rd edition D&D format. I’m no DL expert, but I am one of the more hardcore rulesy people out there. These conversions are by no means the official conversion, just what I would do.
Feel free to link to this page, but don’t just copy it and paste it into your own. Also, none of this is Open game content, so you can’t just grab it and stick it into a book you’re making.

Rings

and can only cure one person per day.

11,200 gp.
(((NEW)))
Tasselhoffís Mouse Ring: These rings are often crafted
by senior wizards as a demonstration of magic item creation to lesser mages.
Made of white ivory with two small red jewels resembling the eyes of a

white mouse (size Diminutive), returning to their normal shape at will.
The wearer can remain in mouse form for up to one hour before reverting
automatically.

Forge Ring, reduce; Market Price: 1,000.
Rods
Diviner of Life: When the command word is
given, the smoky three-foot-long crystalline center of this gold-and-steel
rod becomes clear. It can be then touched to one or more creatures, recording
the hit dice of the creatures touched by the length of a glowing green
line within the crystal, one inch long per hit die. This allows a military
commander to track the relative strength of a unit of troops, as one inch
is known to measure the battle ability of a single common soldier. Repeating
the command word causes the green line to vanish and the crystal to become
smoky again. It can be used to measure the strength of a hostile creature,
but this requires a melee touch attack and draws an attack of opportunity
from the target.
Caster Level: 18th; Prerequisites:
Craft Rod, deathwatch; Market Price: 11,000.
Dalamar’s Wand of Lightning: This wand has
seven charges, and each can be used to cast a 10th-level lightning bolt

in a natural thunderstorm. If reduced to zero charges, the item becomes
inert but can be recharged with the above method.
Caster Level: 10th; Prerequisites:
Craft Rod, control weather, lightning bolt; Market Price: 40,000
Wondrous Items
(((NEW)))
Bloodstone of Fistandantilus: A powerful
evil item from the early days of magic, the bloodstone is about
three inches in diameter, set in a plain silver setting attached to a silver
chain.
The itemís main power is the ability to absorb the
life force of a victim, allowing the user to gain knowledge and vitality
by absorbing the targetís mind and taking over their body. To use the bloodstone,
the bearer must make a melee touch attack with it, which provokes an attack
of opportunity from the target. If the touch attack succeeds, the bearer
and the target must attempt Will saving throws (DC 22) to gain control
over the power of the bloodstone and use it to dominate their opponent.
If the bearer and the target make their saving throws,
they are locked in mental combat and continue to attempt saving throws
that round until one of the following conditions occurs.
If both fail, each person takes 3d6 points of damage
and the mental battle is ended. The bearer may attempt to touch the target
again next round and start the process again.
If the target succeeds and the bearer fails, the
bearer takes 3d6 points of damage . The mental battle for control of the
bloodstone ends, but the bearer can try another touch attack on
his next turn to start the process again.
If the bearer succeeds and the target fails, the
targetís soul departs to the gods. The bearerís soul transfers to the targetís
body as if using the magic jar spell, although this is an instantaneous
transfer and the bearerís soul cannot be forced out of his new body.
The bearerís original body crumbles into dust. If the target was of a higher
level than the bearer, the bearer immediately gains enough experience points
to place him at the minimum experience point total necessary to reach the
next experience level.
Note that if the target manages to avoid being consumed
after the first attack, she may retaliate in any fashion on her own turn,
including wresting control of the bloodstone and attempting to use
it on her attacker. Disarming the bloodstone from the bearer requires
the disarm action, with the bloodstone counting as a Tiny weapon
for the purpose of the opposed attack roll (an unarmed characterís attack
is considered a weapon two sizes smaller than the characterís actual size).
The bloodstone bestows two negative levels
on any good creature that carries it. The negative levels remains as long
as the bloodstone is carried and disappear when it is no longer
carried. The negative levels never result in actual level loss, but it
cannot be overcome in any way (including with restoration spells)
while the bloodstone is carried. Using the bloodstone to
take over another creature is an evil act.
In addition to its primary purpose, once the bloodstone
has been used to absorb a lifeforce it can cure critical wounds
once, after which it needs to be “recharged” with the lifeforce the absorbing
process.
Caster Level: 20th; Prerequisites:

they cannot be overcome in any way (including restoration spells)
while the bracelet is worn.

Craft Wondrous Item, protection from spells; Market Price:
43,000.

rectangle of marble is carved into the shape of a book. The item imparts
its function and command word (“Tobril”) to any arcane spellcaster that
touches it. Anyone carrying it gains a +4 insight bonus to saving throws
against illusions. Once per day upon command the icon can be commanded
to dispel all illusions in a 30-foot radius centered on its location as
if an area greater dispelling was cast.
Caster Level: 20th; Prerequisites:
Craft Wondrous Item, greater dispelling; Market Price: 65,200
gp.
Medallion of Faith: This medallion may be made of
wood, bone, metal, or some other material, and bears the holy symbol of
one of the deities of Krynn. The medallion acts as a divine focus for clerics
of the deity whose symbol it bears. The medallion can also create an exact
duplicate of itself for a cleric of true faith, although the new medallion
bears the symbol of the recipientís deity.
The market price of this item is only listed to determine the
cost to create one from scratch, as any cleric can use their own medallion
to create one for a fellow cleric at no cost.
Caster Level: 18th; Prerequisites:
Craft Wondrous Item, guidance, mending, shield of faith;
Market
Price: 1,000 gp.
(((NEW)))
The Nightjewel: Black as an evil dragonís
blood, the Nightjewel was made to allow certain desired visitors
into the Shoikan Grove. Undead that look upon it see it shine with a corrupt
light, but all other creatures see it as nothing but a lightless black
jewel. When held in the hand above the bearerís head, the Nightjewel
provides a +10 resistance bonus to saving throws against fear to all within
10 feet of it.
When within the Shoikan Grove, once per day the
jewel can be used to halt an undead creature as if it had been affected
by a halt undead spell; this requires a melee touch attack by the
bearer of the Nightjewel. To the undead of the Shoikan grove, demonstration
of this ability (whether or not it succeeds) is usually enough to cause
them to withdraw, as they recognize the stone for what it is.
The Nightjewel is sensitive to the threats
of violence, and ceases operation if the bearer or his allies have weapons
out, draw a weapons, or cast a spells while it is being presented. This
assures the residents of the Tower that those who approach are not likely
to attack outright, and those that do are no longer protected by the power
of the Nightjewel.
Caster Level: 10th; Prerequisites:
Craft Wondrous Item, halt undead, remove fear; Market
Price: 36,000 gp.
(((NEW)))
Raistlinís Cursed Money: These coins bear
a powerful curse: if paid or given to another as part of a bargain or promise,
and the recipient ever betrays the bargain or break that promise, they
become afflicted with mummy rot. The magic of the cursed money cannot
work if less than 1,000 coins are transferred as part of the agreement.
A target that triggers the curse must attempt a separate saving throw for
every 1,000 coins that are part of the bargain; a failure against any of
them means he is afflicted (multiple failures do not mean multiple afflictions).
The process to create this magic item requires 1,000
coins as an extra material component, which become the cursed coins when
the crafting is complete.
Caster Level: 5th; Prerequisites:
Craft Wondrous Item, contagion, lesser geas; Market Price:
11,000 gp; Cost to Create: 6,000 gp + 400 XP.
Silver Arm of Ergoth: Created by the forces of men, elves, dwarves, and good dragons during the First Dragon War, this magic prosthetic arm must be attached to a good human who is missing a right arm. It grafts itself to the user and functions as a normal arm with Strength 17, and acts as a ring of regeneration.
The silver arm has one unusual property regarding the creation of dragonlances: the wearer of the silver arm can forge dragonlances (lesser or greater) without the necessary item creation feats or spell prerequisites. The wearer must still expend gp and XP as normal to create the item.
Caster Level: 5th; Prerequisites: Craft Magic Arms and Armor, Craft Wondrous Item, bull’s strength, regenerate, unseen servant; Market Price: 136,000 gp; Weight: 20 lb.
Singing Statue: When 1 pint of water is poured
into the top of this hollow gold statue of Mishakal, it can cast a knock

Craft Wondrous Item, animate rope, hypnotism; Market Price:
13,500 gp.
